A place is not only about the interior, it's aslo about the people and this Pret is different from others. I do agree that it looks the same as any other Pret but the staff is exceptional! Always happy, helpful and very friendly!
Food served here and coffee is as it is in all other Pret but here it's served with personality. I come here almost every day and I love just to grab a Peppermint tea to go.
If you're in London and planning on going to Pret, make your way to Carnaby street and experience it for yourself. I'm sure you'll find it friendly and fun just as I do! -

Great for some fast food style food while in Central London. They're pretty much everywhere and I enjoyed their soups and sandwiches as well as their fair prices. It gets busy during lunch time so don't expect to sit inside in most spots but on the plus side the long lines move quickly thanks to the cashiers.

Not bad,
The place is clean, service was average.
The sandwiches are good and fresh but I found them expensive.
They have no restrooms which I found strange for such a big place where you can sit and eat... -

Once you've been to one Pret, you've essentially been to them all. Pret seems to pride itself on conformity and consistency from one store to the next, so it is hard to identify any real discrepancies between branches of Pret.
Pret a Manger is a convenient, yummy, reliable lunch place. They have a decent variety of sandwiches, soup, and sushi to choose from, but their selection almost never changes. If you find something you like there, you can be decently assured it'll be around for awhile, but if you, like me, enjoy checking out the new daily or weekly specials at places like Eat, you will be quite disappointed by the seldom-changing selection at Pret. The hot sandwiches, which each have something I don't like on them, haven't changed for the more-than-a-year that I've lived in London, so I gave up on Pret during the winter in favour of hot-lunch-places like Leon and Eat.
This particular branch of Pret has a few quite-snippy employees ("Do you have any breakfast items with no tomatoes?" "No." "Oh, so the egg & cheese croissants have tomatoes in?" "We haven't had those for months. Read the menu." "Um, that is on the menu....." "Siiiiiiiigh"), but for the most part, is just like any other Pret. A-OK for sure. -

Every time I visit London, I always find myself stopping at a Pret. Why? Because I always find reliable freshly made food that I can either enjoy at a Pret or takeaway with me. Pret also has really great smoothies and juices available. The triangle sandwiches are among the best I've had from any grab-n-go places so far.
This particular Pret is situated in a nice open area with some outdoor seating. They always have a nice selection of hot/cold sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
Thank you Pret for being my default grab-n-go lunch spot!
